From Harvest to Heritage: The Journey of Our Coffee

Every step of our coffee production is crafted with precision, care, and deep respect for tradition—ensuring only the finest beans make it to your cup.

🌱 Harvest
Our process begins with hand-selecting only the ripest coffee cherries—bright red and bursting with flavor. This meticulous harvest guarantees peak quality from the start.

💧 Washing & Sorting
Freshly picked cherries are placed in tanks to eliminate defective or damaged fruits. Through careful washing, less dense and unripe cherries naturally rise and are removed.

🍒 Pulping & Polishing
The outer layers of the fruit are delicately pulped to reveal the green coffee bean, which is then polished to remove any remaining layers for a smooth, clean finish.

🪨 Stone Removal & Cleaning
Stones and foreign matter are thoroughly separated. The parchment layer and any remaining impurities are carefully cleaned to protect the purity of the bean.

☀️ Drying & Fermentation
The beans undergo controlled drying in our specialized stations. Simultaneously, depulped cherries are fermented to enhance flavor complexity and aroma.

⚖️ Gravity & Size Classification
Using gravity-based technology, green beans are sorted into dense, medium, and foreign materials. They are then graded by size to ensure consistency and optimal roasting performance.

🏡 Storage
To complete the process, the beans are stored for
60 to 90 days in climate-controlled conditions, allowing their flavors to stabilize and mature to perfection.
